What a day

Yesterday I got to meet my cousins, Austin and Dylan. I can't wait until I get a little older so I can play with them. Because I'm just a baby and have no idea who 'Mater is, I let Austin have my "Dag Gum" truck. It was nice to meet Uncle Jay and Aunt Shimul and I can't wait until mom and dad leave me in DC to play with them all. I think they need one more boy in their house.

What a day

I had my 3rd Dr.'s appt. today to see if I had finally started gaining weight, they've been checking me every two days. Well, I gained two ounces. We're on the right track and although this was good news, the highlight of the day was the drive to the appt. Mom let out a blood curdling scream all of sudden from the backseat because there was "the world's largest wasp" back there with her. We had to pull over and jump out of the car so dad could kill the wasp and we continued to the Dr. Oh, and by the way, I poop my pants every time we're at the Dr.'s office. Good times.

1st Doctors Visit

Today I got to go to the Dr. for the first time. My doctor said I look good and healthy and should grow up to be quite the athlete like my dad and Uncle Buck. I have to go back on Monday so they can weigh me again. So far though, this world doesn't seem too bad. I am very thankful for my family being here for me.

Preparation

Well Wesley, the day of your arrival is getting closer. Today, me and Papa Dave installed a ceiling fan in your room. Tomorrow we are going to put some more shelves in your closet so you will have plenty of space to put your toys. Nana G and Mommy have been holding up all your clothes and oooohing and aaaahing. I need to get my bag packed so I'll be prepared when you come knockin'.

Preparing my hair

O.K. Wesley, Dad is going to get his haircut so that he will look good for you. Even though all you will see is a blurry mess until about three months when your eyesight starts to focus. We're gettin' ready!

Well, mom had another ultrasound yesterday and I decided to show my face to her. She said I was very handsome. She wants to see if dad can figure out how to put the ultrasound pictures on my blog so everyone can see. It all depends on dad's computer savviness, will see.

Yesterday during my ultrasound I thought it would be funny not to show anyone my face. I want it to be a surprise. I did however show mommy and daddy that I have lots of hair, one ear, one foot, and part of an eye. I like playing hide and seek.
